INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
1 Wash sweet potatoes, bake in pre-heated oven 350 F. 45 minutes, or until done. Cut potatoes into halves, remove potatoes from shells. Reserve shells and mash potatoes. Beat in milk, peanut butter and salt. Refill shells with mixture, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Brown lightly in oven.
